• Blackout dates for shipping due to in-store demand and shipping capacity

We ship cookies Monday-Wednesday. Orders must be received by 1pm CST to be shipped the following Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. For clarification, an order placed after 1pm on Tuesday and until 1pm on Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

For holiday orders, the actual day of shipping can change when we have reached capacity. Be assured that we do hire seasonal help during these times to make sure orders are being sent out in a timely manner. During the holiday time, however, there may be an occasion to move your shipment week and we will communicate with you if that is the case.

When we have reached capacity for shipping orders for a day, we will move to the next day to start filling orders. If shipping capacity for a week has been reached, our online store will indicate this information and will not accept more orders for that week. Orders for the next week will be accepted after Wednesday morning of the current week. We know you need your Cookie Fix and are working like little Christmas elves to make it happen!

Please note, we cannot guarantee shipping or arrival dates. We strongly recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least one or two business day before your desired date to allow for any unforeseen delays.

Minimum order of frozen dough is 2 packs. Let us know if you need your order shipped on an exact date.To ensure freshness and quality of baked cookies and to ensure the temperature of frozen dough, we offer shipping options that arrive to your destination in 2 days or less. Only shipping options that provide same week delivery will be available to avoid cookies or dough sitting at UPS over the weekend.All orders are shipped via UPSWe do not ship to PO boxes. We do not ship internationally.

• The sender and receiver will be listed on the packing slip with no prices listed.

• For a gift message, please type your message EXACTLY as you would like it printed in the “Is this a gift?” box during checkout.

• If frozen dough is a gift, please tell the recipient of the expected delivery date, or alert the recipient that "the gift is in the mail" so someone can be there to receive it. Cookie Fix is not responsible for baked tins or Frozen Dough to Go left unattended, for orders sent to an incorrect address, or other accidents of nature.

Shipping and Returns

We will send a confirmation with tracking information to the email address you provided with your order once the order has processed for shipment. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder and add @cookiefix.com to your safe senders list.

At this time, our site is only able to process orders with one shipping address at a time. For more than 10 addresses, email us at shipping@cookiefix.com and we are happy to assist you.

Due to the very perishable nature of our cookies, we are not able to accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please email shipping@cookiefix.com  and let us know. We are here to help! Our goal is to make your and your gift recipient’s day sweeter with a package from Cookie Fix.

Cookie Care

• Cookies are baked fresh for both shipping orders

• We all know that fresh is always better, so dig in! We recommend you enjoy and share your cookies as soon as possible

• Cookie Fix is not liable for a decrease in quality after 2 days as our cookies do not contain preservatives

• Baked cookies may be stored in an airtight container for a few days, but of course, fresher is better

• For optimum freshness and flavor we recommend freezing any cookies that will not be eaten immediately in an airtight container

• “Refresh” cookies by wrapping loosely in a very slightly damp paper towel and warming in microwave for 10 seconds

• Thaw frozen cookies before refreshing in microwave or increase time in the microwave a few seconds. ENJOY!

• After you receive the shipping confirmation and tracking information, plan for the arrival of your perishable frozen dough to ensure product safety and quality

• If the frozen dough is a gift, tell the recipient of the expected delivery date, or alert the recipient that "the gift is in the mail" so someone can be there to receive it

• Do not have perishable items delivered to an office unless you know it will arrive on a work day and there is refrigerator space available for keeping it cold

• When you receive a food item marked "Keep Frozen/Refrigerated," open it immediately and check its temperature. The dough should arrive frozen or partially frozen with ice crystals still visible or at least refrigerator cold—below 40 °F as measured with a food thermometer. If cookie dough arrives warm—above 40 °F as measured with a food thermometer—please notify Cookie Fix . Do not consume the food. Do not even taste suspect food.

• If any dry ice remains in cooler, DO NOT touch with bare hands

• Use a glove or kitchen towel to remove dry ice 

• Place packs of Cookie Fix Dough in freezer. Even if dough has softened, place in freezer to re-harden

• Cookie Fix dough contains raw eggs and flour, therefore, do not eat frozen dough

• Baking instructions and ingredients are on the back of each frozen dough pack
